           Hair care routine for long hair


Hello readers, this is how I maintain a healthy, sleek hair with no damage:




Before taking a shower almost two hours:
I use at least two of those oils gently to my hair: I flip my hair down, then I do a circle movements with my fingertips to massage my scalps
you can do that also before going to bed then you can take a shower after in the morning 
-My Oils Routines:


  1. Castor Oil : to get a long hair
  2. Coconut Oil: to get a long hair
  3. Almond Oil: to get a strong shinny hair
  4. Rosemary Oil : to stop  the hair loss and to heal your scarp (use a small amount and mix it with olive oil because the rosemary oil is to concentrate  )  .
-My shower (hair) Routine:



shampoo and conditioner with keratin

-Heat protecter



-What to eat :
Coconut and Flax
